I had no time yesterday to go grocery shopping, so let’s see what happens today….
Breakfast: Kinako-flavored granola cereal with milk and some coffee.
Lunch: Lunch at Ariake Shinsei is always delicious but too filling. Today I had rice with a beef hamburger patty, a small cabbage salad with a bit of what tasted like thousand island dressing, tempura carrot and kabocha, and finally miso soup with tofu and mushrooms. My stomach was growling before lunch, and afterward I had eaten too much!
Dinner: Tonight I stir fried sliced chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. I seasoned it with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, then used it as filling in lettuce wraps topped with shredded cheese and salsa!
