Breakfast: Two pieces of bacon, one fried egg, sautéed spinach, and half a sliced tomato plus a coconut coffee.

Lunch: Beef and broccoli stir fry with a green and veggie salad and homemade dressing followed by a handful of nuts.

Dinner: Salmon sashimi and a green and veggie salad with homemade dressing washed down with jasmine tea.

Comments: So Fiona and Kohji came by today and together we made loads of plans for our winter trip! Myanmar and Laos, here we come!! We set dates, made a general itinerary and picked out the major highlights of our trip. In Myanmar it will be hot air ballooning over the temples of Bagan, and in Laos it will be a 3-day trip into Nam Kan National park to sleep in a treehouse and zip-line through the canopy with gibbons! It will be Evan and my first time traveling with friends on such a big and exciting trip, so I am really stoked!
